the Business

Organic Woodworks is located in Bend Oregon, the heart of the Pacific Northwest.  I gain inspiration from this amazing land and the natural hardwoods that grow in the Willamette Valley. 

Organic Woodworks began out of a desire to make handcrafted furniture that would last a lifetime as an option to the mass produced products that we see filling the homes of today. 

We are a small business located in Central Oregon, supporting the community needs locally, and utilizing shipping or delivery options to support a wider geographic clientele. 

the Process

This is where your dreams become reality!  We start with your vision for the project.  Then I take your thoughts and ideas, and combine them with my technical expertise and years of experience to create your own individual heirloom quality piece.

In our initial meeting, I guide you through the process of making decisions about what you are are looking for: shape, size, wood species, style and any other considerations you may have.  Detailed drawings of your project can be provided if necessary.  Many people choose to save on that particular cost after extensive discussion with Organic Woodworks.  After discussion and planning, an estimate will be provided breaking down the individual cost of the project for your approval.  

The next step is to procure the supplies and natural woods for the project.  I hand select all my wood and use sustainably harvested wood whenever possible.  Each piece is carefully constructed based off of your specifications.
